In order to adequately fulfil the intended purposes listed above, we refer to SmartFlower Solar, LLC as a data processor, domiciled in the US.In order to ensure the protection of your personal data in an adequate manner, we provide appropriate safeguards for transfers to third countries, specifically standard contractual clauses.
